Fetal Heart Atlas Portal

Our research so far has generated an extensive map of the human fetal heart. Here you can interact with our carefully curated datasets at single-cell and spatial resolutions. You can also access the raw data for your own deeper investigations.

Adult Heart Atlas

Previous research from the Teichmann laboratory has generated an atlas of the human adult heart. Similar to the Fetal Heart Atlas portal, the adult heart cell atlas has interactive curated data, as well as raw data allowing users to explore the adult heart at high resolution online or offline.
